Purchasing from ComputerWare UK

Thank you for your interest in purchasing items from CompuerWare UK. This section contains useful information relating to ordering and paying for your goods, the methods we take to protect your security and privacy, our returns policy and the terms for using our website.

Ordering, Payment and Delivery

Items may be ordered via our secure on-line shopping facility, by email, fax or by telephone. For quantity orders we recommend obtaining a quotation by email or telephone.

Payment may be by card or cheque. We accept Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB cards.

A number of different delivery options are available including Royal Mail to UK and European destinations, and Courier delivery. Please see our Delivery page for full details.

Pricing and Availability

All prices quoted, including delivery prices, exclude VAT. VAT does not apply to countries outside of the EU as local taxes apply. We only accept payment in British Pounds (£).

As we process your order, we will inform you if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

While we make every effort to ensure that the published price of all our products are correct, if a product is incorrectly priced we will notify you of the price difference before dispatch.

Returns Policy

Cooling-off Period

All customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from purchase of an item within seven *working days from the day after delivery, even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and should be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, please contact us and let us know that you are returning the item:

Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us immediately of any items that arrive damaged or are found to be defective and return them to us at the address below. We will refund the full price of the item including the delivery charge and the return postage cost (see Refunds below) on receipt of the faulty goods.

To Return an Item

Please package the item securely and send it, preferably by recorded delivery, to the following address:

In the event of cancellation, we will refund the purchase price of the item, including the delivery charge. In the event that the item delivered is damaged or defective we will also refund the return postage cost.

Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.
